Ben Kennard joined CSA in 2021 as a Project Manager / Pre-Construction Manager / Estimator. Mr. Kennard attended The Ohio State University and received a BS in Agriculture with a concentration in Agri-business & Applied Economics and Construction Systems Management.

Mr. Kennard possesses more than 20 years of construction experience. He started working in residential construction in the early 2000’s and then switched over to commercial construction. He has been involved in 100’s of projects throughout the Midwest in varying construction roles in the following industries (restaurants, breweries, retail, industrial, pharmaceutical).  His experience ranges from his early beginnings providing hands-on labor, field manager, superintendent, contractor sales, pre-construction manager and project manager. He is skilled in all aspects of the construction process from planning to estimating to project management. He has a can-do attitude and is easy going. He enjoys building strong long-lasting relations with client’s, subcontractor’s and friends.

Mr. Kennard has completed OSHA 10, OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certifications. He grew up on the eastside of Cincinnati. He is a family man married with one daughter.  He loves to travel to new places with family and friends. He is an avid outdoors-man and loves to spend time in nature camping, climbing, canoeing, biking, fishing, hiking, kayaking, skiing, and scuba diving.
