Mr. Bailey joined Civil Solutions in 2023 bringing with him more than 27 years of site development, design, and project management experience. His design experiences include a wide range of industrial, commercial, retail, public works, residential, and hydraulic design projects from small, individual home sites to hundreds of acres. These projects involved conceptual planning, research and analysis of existing utility systems, utility designs, storm water detention and water quality, mass grading plans, roadway design, and working with owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers from all over the United States and Canada. He has been involved in and facilitated meetings from the early concept stage through design, construction, project close-out , and expansions to the projects that he has designed.
