Crossroads Community Church is in the process of expanding their West Side location. In order to accommodate the expected increase in visitors, they required a larger parking lot. Civil Solutions Associates was contracted to manage the demolition of the original structures including a track, tennis courts, and existing parking lots, as well as the grading and paving of the new lots. CSA also installed new storm infrastructure which included both a retention pond and a detention pond. Lastly, CSA was responsible for the installation of new light fixtures throughout the parking lots.

During construction, Crossroads Church continued to hold services, which required CSA to facilitate significant coordination between the church staff and the subcontractors to ensure safe and easy access to the building. The facility also served as a polling location for the 2016 elections during construction, which proposed a coordination challenge.
