Civil Solutions Associates’ role in the project consisted of providing approximately 300 linear feet of hillside stabilization along the road, as well as repair of approximately 0.6 miles of asphalt pavement. CSA was contracted to provide a design-build solution for the project.

As the General Contractor, CSA designed and managed the project through completion of the drilled pier wall and pavement repairs. The wall design consisted of a beam and lagging wall and a plug pier wall. The project was completed on schedule and under budget.

Subconsultants for the project included: Davey Trees (clearing of trees/brush for drilling), Scherzinger Drilling (installation of a beam and wood lagging wall/plug and pier wall), Security Fence (installation of guardrail), A&A Safety (traffic control), and Len Riegler Blacktop (milling of asphalt and full depth repair).
